Cook's Pest Control

Fuqua & Partners Architects provided design services for the Cook’s Pest Control office in Lenoir City, Tennessee. This was the second building developed based on a prototype. The single story new construction houses office areas, conference rooms, a 72 seat lecture hall with a floor to ceiling glass writing wall and a break room with a private patio. The parking lot consists of a two bay car wash, water filling stations, 34 parking spaces for the building and 115 parking spaces for vehicle storage.
