Redstone Village Independent Living Phase IV

The Redstone Village Independent Living Phase IV project consists of a thirty six independent living unit addition with approximately 50,000 square feet. This addition also features a thirty six vehicle parking garage of approximately 14,000 square feet and an indoor pool facility with approximately 9,800 square feet. The facility also includes two guest suites, storage areas and circulation space. The total square footage of this component is approximately 74,000 square feet. Phase IV included a dining room expansion to the existing dining Independent Living Commons area that is to contain expanding dining area, a private dining room and a wine storage area. The total square footage of this component is approximately 1,800 square feet. A kitchen renovation and expansion to the Special Care Assisted Living facility that  include modifications to the existing kitchen and additional refrigeration and freezer space was also a part of the Phase IV renovations. The total square footage of this component is approximately 500 square feet.
