Line-X Headquarters

This project consisted of a new 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters for Line-X global operations. LINE-X provides spray-on bed liners and truck accessories in the automotive aftermarket as well as protective coatings in commercial, industrial, agricultural, military, and custom applications. The project includes tenant improvements to 1st generation shell space at 301 James Record Road, building 200. The new headquarters includes 30,000 square feet of office space, conference rooms and training areas for worldwide franchisees. The remaining 30,000 square feet includes warehouse space for product storage, product blending area and paint application booth.
