Aerojet Rocketdyne Headquarters

This project is a renovation of a three story structure consisting of a 39,518 square foot first floor; 49,634 square foot second floor; and 36,225 square foot third floor. The occupancy will be business. The existing construction is Type II. Improvements to existing parking lot are part of scope. This building was originally constructed in 1987. FPA worked with Stephen Ward & Associates to evaluate and install new roof system.
