Part of a multi-phased project, this two story office building was designed to house Merrill Lynch Investments as a primary tenant. The rotunda entrance, dome, columns and cupola combine to reflect the grandeur of a colonial estate while at the same time projecting the image of a contemporary workplace. Working with an extremely sloped site, the building was placed to provide outside access, and two main at grade entrances, one per floor, allowing tenants the ability to have separate entries.
