Located on one of the busiest streets in Huntsville, this branch bank presented several unique design challenges. Prior to purchasing the property, assurances that the building could be built within a area not specifically zoned for commercial structures were needed. Working the bank and city officials, Fuqua & Partners arrived at a functional design solution that is sensitive to its context. This 21,000 square foot building has 2 stories, with the bank and drive thru lanes on the first floor and tenant lease space on the second.
