For the development of UAH’s virtual library, Fuqua & Partners provided design services for this 27,780 square foot addition. Addressing the needs of handling and accessing information was important in the development of an information arcade that includes five teaching laboratories and a distance learning production center.

At the same time a new area designed to house the university’s archives and special collections was created. This expansion and renovation reoriented the entire library creating a new building entry and circulation desk increasing accessibility and the library’s overall presence on campus.
